Touch Exchange! 130/PCG-P is a Japanese PCG-P Promotional card given to participants of the Plusle•Minun Tag Battle, held at regional Battle Road Spring 2006 tournaments between March and April 2006.
The card was required for the Tag Battle Rules format, which called for two copies in a 60-card deck to initiate a partner switch. Its artwork is exclusive to the Japanese release.
