Mega Tokyo's Pikachu 098/XY-P is a Japanese XY-P Promotional card issued to celebrate the relocation of Pokémon Center Tokyo to Ikebukuro, where it reopened as Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo on December 12, 2014.
Illustrated by Kouki Saitou, it was given with any purchase from opening day until January 16, 2015, in artwork exclusive to the Japanese release.

Its cards were handed out at Battle Festa and 20th Anniversary Festa events, packed with special boxes including the Mario Pikachu, Luigi Pikachu and Mega Charizard X Poncho-wearing Pikachu sets, and given away through CoroCoro Ichiban and film ticket campaigns.
