Pikachu 068/XY-P is a Japanese XY-P Promotional card, one of three versions distributed at random to visitors of the Pikachu Outbreak! at Yokohama Minatomirai event, which ran from August 9 to August 17, 2014 and brought 1,000 Pikachu to Yokohama's Minato Mirai 21 district.
It carries artwork by Kouki Saitou depicting the district's buildings and landmarks, exclusive to the Japanese release.

Its cards were handed out at Battle Festa and 20th Anniversary Festa events, packed with special boxes including the Mario Pikachu, Luigi Pikachu and Mega Charizard X Poncho-wearing Pikachu sets, and given away through CoroCoro Ichiban and film ticket campaigns.
