Pikachu 070/XY-P is one of three Japanese XY-P Promotional prints created for the Pikachu Outbreak! at Yokohama Minatomirai event, held August 9 to August 17, 2014, when 1,000 Pikachu appeared across the Minato Mirai 21 business district of Yokohama.
Distributed at random to visitors, its artwork by Kouki Saitou depicts buildings and landmarks of the district, in artwork exclusive to the Japanese release.

Its cards were handed out at Battle Festa and 20th Anniversary Festa events, packed with special boxes including the Mario Pikachu, Luigi Pikachu and Mega Charizard X Poncho-wearing Pikachu sets, and given away through CoroCoro Ichiban and film ticket campaigns.
